We have manufactured hydraulic test rig to test hydraulic cylinders and supplied to one of our customer in US. We can test the rig for purge test, pulse test, cycle test, internal leakages, external leakages, slave cylinder test, bidirectional test and drag test.We are plotting a graph in Lab view software using industrial PC and functional of the test rig is visibly seen in the PC. We are maintaining oil to NAS-7 monitored through a particle counter and all functions are operated through proportional and zero leak valves.
